CLDF 30th Anniversary Family Picnic

Is there anything better than a picnic? On 19 June 2010 many families from across the UK didn’t think so as they joined together at the National Memorial Arboretum near Burton on Trent for a day of celebration and fun at CLDF’s 30th Anniversary Family Picnic.

Laura Meehan, young persons officer, said: “The National Memorial Arboretum was the perfect setting. The day was a great success.There was a real sense of everyone coming together, and enjoying a slice of summer!”
