What an amazing evening we had at the Chefs’ Gala Dinner last night – a wonderful meal served in magnificent surroundings, the chance to meet so many of our supporters and update them on our work, which would not be possible without all your support!
A huge thank you to Executive Chef, Simon Young and the team at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower for helping make it happen, to Gregg Wallace for being our guest host and to Charles Hanson for being a superb auctioneer.
Thanks also to our chefs for the evening, Simon Hulstone, John Campbell, Shay Cooper, Claire Clark and Sarah Crouchman for creating such a wonderful menu and to all those chefs who joined us and donated so generously to our raffle and auction.
We are also so grateful to everyone who contributed raffle prizes and auction lots and to all those who attended. This is a tremendous total to raise in one evening and your support will make a real difference to young people with liver disease throughout the UK.
