Chefs’ Gala Dinner
Our 2017 Chefs’ Gala Dinner took place on Monday 20 March and was once again generously hosted by Executive Chef Henry Brosi at The Dorcester, London.
2017 marked the eighth year of this prestigious dinner which has raised over £1 million, helping to transform thousands of lives affected by childhood liver disease.
Guests received a glittering champagne and canapés reception, then enjoyed an exceptional four-course fine dining experience, followed by a raffle and auction hosted by Lord Archer.
Four of the country’s most eminent chefs designed and cooked the four-course gala dinner. For each course, guests were then joined at their table by a renowned chef. The dinner provides a unique opportunity to meet with some of the industry’s most prestigious and talented individuals.
The Chefs’ Gala Dinner takes place every other year with our next event to be held in 2019.
