Organise Your Own
Get together with friends and family and help us fight childhood liver disease by organising a fundraising event in your home, community, school or work. From bake sales to bikeathons, collections to curry nights – fundraise your way and help us to be there for families and young people throughout every stage of their journey.
Doing something simple like asking for donations instead of birthday gifts, using easyfundraising when you shop online or putting a collection box in your local shop all make a huge difference.
A special way for you, your friends, family and community to get involved is to set up your own fund.
A big night in
Open your home to friends and family and enjoy some dinner and games, asking everyone to chip in what they would have spent on a night out.
In your community
Our Big Bears Picnic is a great way to bring your local community together and have fun whilst raising much needed funds. Why not hold something in your local park or community hall?
Organise a street collection in your local town, shopping centre or supermarket and raise vital funds and awareness of childhood liver disease.
Already got something organised? Why not support CLDF at the same time? Summer fairs, concerts and sports days are all perfect opportunities to include some easy fundraising.
Whether it’s a dress down day, a bake-off, a team lunch or a quiz night, employee fundraising helps with team-building and helps make a difference. (Don’t forget to add our national fundraising day Big Yellow Friday to your diaries).
Get a team together and join Team CLDF at one of our challenge events, or why not organise your own? Bikeathons, sponsored walks and football tournaments are a great way of having fun and raising funds.
Nominate us to be your next charity of the year and work with us to make a difference.
Ask your child’s school to hold a non-uniform day. This is an easy way to fundraise at your school and also helps raise vital awareness.
Join the fun as schools across the UK go yellow on our national fundraising day Big Yellow Friday.
Feeling competitive? Organise a teachers vs pupils or parents vs students competition, talent contest or quiz. Get your school involved here.
