  • Coffee morning or bake sale (who doesn’t love cake?)

  • Team lunch or breakfast

  • Charity Quiz- Download CLDF Quiz questions for inspiration

  • Organise a sports tournament, bikeathon or sponsored walk

  • Nominate a colleague for a sponsored shave or wax

  • Give it up – it could be alcohol, nail-biting, reality TV or takeaway coffees!
